02 Technical Oversight
Trading through an automated system involves risks related to hardware, software, and internet connectivity. Titan Edge Traders is not responsible for communication failures, distortions, or delays when trading via the internet.
Our requirement for Investor ID and Password access is a risk-mitigation measure. This allows our executive team to monitor account health and trade history in real-time, ensuring the EA is operating within its intended parameters.
03 Counterparty & Brokerage Risk
Titan Edge Traders provides the algorithmic technology, but all trade execution occurs through VANTAGE. We are not responsible for broker-side slippage, re-quotes, or liquidity issues that may occur during high-impact news events or market gaps. Clients must ensure their Vantage account maintains the minimum required balance of $500 USD to prevent margin calls during standard operational drawdowns.
04 Partnership Agreement
Under our 50/50 Profit Sharing Model, Titan Edge Traders acts as a technology partner. Our incentive is directly aligned with your profit generation. However, this partnership does not constitute a fiduciary relationship, and the final responsibility for account capital remains with the account holder.
